🔖 คุณสมบัติแมวที่รับเข้าพัก

Cat eligibility requirements

• • รับเฉพาะแมวระบบปิด (Indoor) อายุ 4 เดือนขึ้นไป

  • Indoor cats only, aged 4 months or older

• • ได้รับวัคซีนครบถ้วน ปลอดเห็บหมัด และปลอดโรคติดต่อ

  • Fully vaccinated, free of fleas and ticks, and free of contagious diseases

• • นิสัยเป็นมิตร ไม่ก้าวร้าว

  • Friendly temperament, non-aggressive

• • ไม่มีอาการฮีท/ติดสัตว์ และไม่มีพฤติกรรมพ่นสเปรย์

  • Not in heat and does not spray

• • ไม่รับแมวตัวเมียตั้งครรภ์

  • Pregnant female cats are not accepted

• • กรุณาแจ้งประวัติสุขภาพ โรคประจำตัว หรือข้อมูลสำคัญของน้องแมวล่วงหน้า

  • Please disclose your cat's health history, chronic conditions, or any important information in advance

📍 ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขการเข้าพัก

Terms and Conditions of Stay

1. ทางโรงแรมแมวจะดูแลน้องแมวอย่างดีที่สุดตลอดระยะเวลาการเข้าพัก โดยคำนึงถึงความปลอดภัย สุขอนามัย และสุขภาพของน้องแมวเป็นสำคัญ

   The cat hotel will provide the best possible care throughout the stay, prioritizing the cat's safety, hygiene, and health.

2. เจ้าของแมวรับรองว่าน้องแมวมีสุขภาพแข็งแรง ได้รับวัคซีนตามเกณฑ์ที่เหมาะสม ไม่มีโรคติดต่อ เห็บ หมัด เชื้อรา หรือโรคที่อาจแพร่กระจายสู่สัตว์ตัวอื่นก่อนเข้าพัก

   The owner certifies that their cat is healthy, appropriately vaccinated, and free of contagious diseases, ticks, fleas, fungal infections, or any condition that could spread to other animals prior to check-in.

3. หากน้องแมวมีอาการเจ็บป่วย ได้รับบาดเจ็บ หรือมีภาวะฉุกเฉินระหว่างเข้าพัก ทางโรงแรมจะแจ้งเจ้าของโดยเร็วที่สุด และหากไม่สามารถติดต่อเจ้าของได้ หรือมีความจำเป็นเร่งด่วน ทางโรงแรมมีสิทธิ์นำน้องแมวเข้ารับการรักษาจากสัตวแพทย์ตามความเหมาะสม โดยค่าใช้จ่ายทั้งหมดเป็นความรับผิดชอบของเจ้าของแมว

   If a cat becomes ill, injured, or experiences an emergency during the stay, the hotel will notify the owner as soon as possible. If the owner cannot be reached or in urgent situations, the hotel may seek appropriate veterinary care at the owner's expense.

4. ทางโรงแรมไม่รับผิดชอบต่อการเจ็บป่วย การเสียชีวิต หรือภาวะแทรกซ้อนใด ๆ ที่เกิดจากโรคประจำตัว โรคแฝง ภาวะสุขภาพเดิม หรือโรคที่อยู่ในระยะฟักตัวก่อนเข้าพัก ซึ่งไม่สามารถตรวจพบได้ในขณะรับฝาก

   The hotel is not responsible for illness, death, or any complications arising from pre-existing conditions, latent diseases, prior health states, or diseases in their incubation period that could not be detected at the time of check-in.

5. ทางโรงแรมไม่รับผิดชอบต่อการบาดเจ็บหรือความเสียหายที่เกิดจากพฤติกรรมตามธรรมชาติของแมว เช่น การกัด การข่วน การกระโดด การปีนป่าย การเล่น หรือพฤติกรรมอื่น ๆ ที่อยู่นอกเหนือการควบคุมอย่างสมเหตุสมผลของทางโรงแรม

   The hotel is not responsible for injuries or damage caused by natural cat behavior such as biting, scratching, jumping, climbing, playing, or other behavior beyond the hotel's reasonable control.

6. กรณีเจ้าของประสงค์ให้น้องแมวหลายตัวเข้าพักร่วมกันในห้องเดียวกัน ทางโรงแรมไม่รับผิดชอบต่อการบาดเจ็บ ความเครียด หรือความเสียหายที่อาจเกิดขึ้นจากการเล่น การทะเลาะ หรือปฏิสัมพันธ์ระหว่างแมวด้วยกัน

   If the owner requests multiple cats to share the same room, the hotel is not responsible for any injuries, stress, or damage that may result from play, conflict, or interactions between the cats.

7. หากตรวจพบเห็บ หมัด เชื้อรา หรือโรคติดต่อภายหลังการเข้าพัก หรือพบว่าน้องแมวเป็นสาเหตุให้เกิดการปนเปื้อนหรือการแพร่กระจายของโรค ทางโรงแรมขอสงวนสิทธิ์เรียกเก็บค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการรักษา การทำความสะอาด การฆ่าเชื้อ และการป้องกันการแพร่กระจายของโรค

   If ticks, fleas, fungal infections, or contagious diseases are discovered during or after the stay, or if a cat is found to have caused contamination or disease spread, the hotel reserves the right to charge additional fees for treatment, cleaning, disinfection, and disease control.

8. ทางโรงแรมไม่รับผิดชอบต่อทรัพย์สิน อาหาร ยา อุปกรณ์ หรือสิ่งของส่วนตัวของน้องแมวที่สูญหาย เสียหาย หรือหมดสภาพจากการใช้งานตามปกติระหว่างการเข้าพัก

   The hotel is not responsible for any loss, damage, or wear to personal belongings, food, medication, equipment, or other items belonging to the cat during the stay.
